DC healthcare delivers the product to the address indicated by the customer in collaboration with NEXIVE.

Orders are processed within 24 / 72h working hours, except for unforeseen events, holidays, force majeure or lack of the desired product.

No responsibility can be charged by the customer to DC healthcare if the products are not delivered according to the times previously communicated and / or suffer damage during transport.

It is also possible to collect the order at our warehouse, located in Via dell ‘Ora del Garda 61, 38121 – Trento (TN), without any delivery costs.

The time must be communicated via email, ordini@dchealthcare.store, the day before the withdrawal.
